At the beginning of the second quarter of 2011, our company received frequent reports. After winning the RFID project of Suzhou alone lake library, we won the RFID project of University of Science & Technology China library.
Of the library after half a century of groundless talk, adhering to the "pioneering" spirit of innovation, reform, in the construction of the characteristic collection resources, construction, electronic literature resources network and digital information services has made considerable progress, has become a National Science Library Special branch.
At present, 1 million 887 thousand and 500 books and periodicals of foreign languages are collected in the library, among which there are more than 4000 kinds of printed foreign periodicals and more than 3000 kinds of Chinese Sci-tech periodicals. More than 6~8 Chinese books and 2000 new foreign language books are added every year. More than 100 foreign periodicals and more than 3000 Chinese periodicals are ordered each year, and all the collection resources are provided with OPAC queries.
